On the occasion of the first cold current in early winter, I am honored to take the passion and dreams of my 20XX classmates to participate in the fifth successful entrepreneurship training organized by the Municipal Labor Education Committee. For each of us who has a dream, what we have to face now is not only the change of seasons, but also the great test of the economic environment to realize our dreams. In this training, the teacher's patience, meticulous professionalism and students' serious and positive learning attitude deeply touched me. According to the different characteristics of each student, the teacher hands-on guides each student to learn to make a business plan, explains every idea and problem in an easy-to-understand way, and never lets students leave the teacher with problems. Some students even gave up their jobs temporarily in order to devote themselves to their studies, because everyone didn't want to live up to every drop of sweat of the training teacher and wanted to gain happiness in the hardships of learning. Through training, everyone has mastered the systematic knowledge system of entrepreneurship, clearly understood the market situation and entrepreneurial environment of the industry they are engaged in, learned how to organize, plan, implement and become bigger and stronger, and what is more rare is to learn the thinking mode of making decisions based on their own reality, and the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship has been greatly improved.

Through this training, I have a deeper understanding of the operation of my hotel management project, and I summed up the "four essentials":
