Article 5 of the Interim Provisions on Law Enforcement and Supervision of Market Supervision and Management stipulates that all business institutions established by market supervision and management departments at all levels shall be responsible for law enforcement and supervision in this field in accordance with the division of responsibilities and relevant regulations, and the legal institutions of market supervision and management departments at all levels shall be specifically responsible under the leadership of market supervision and management departments at the same level.
