The purpose of offering dance major is to train senior professionals who can engage in dance history, dance theory research, dance teaching and choreography at home and abroad. This major trains senior Korean folk dance artists and "compound" specialized applied talents who can teach, create and coach Korean folk dance, China folk dance and ballet in schools, art groups, art (cultural) museums, youth palaces and other units.
