Can't you speak normally at the age of three?
Hello!

The initial estimate is that the child's speech development is slow, which is caused by environmental and pathological factors.

(1) Environmental factors: If a child speaks various dialects in the family, for example, his father speaks Mandarin, his mother speaks Shanghainese, his grandmother speaks Ningbo dialect and his nanny speaks Sichuan dialect, then the child will be at a loss when learning to speak. Parents communicate too little with their children. Some parents are busy with their own affairs, or talk too little, ignoring verbal communication with their children. In this way, children are born in a very quiet environment, and there is no chance to talk to adults, and there will be delays in speaking. Speech delay caused by environmental factors will soon catch up with normal after improving the environment and strengthening training.

(2) Pathological factors: Some diseases, such as mental retardation, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, infantile autism, central nervous system damage or dysfunction, can lead to speech delay and other corresponding abnormal manifestations. Children with mild mental retardation began to speak 1 ~ 3 years later than normal people.

It is recommended to take the child to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital for examination. For example, see if there are congenital diseases such as cerebral palsy. And check whether oral organs such as tongue and lips are flexible.
