Development planning:

2. Infrastructure construction: According to the overall planning of the school, the total investment is 50 million yuan to improve the school construction.

The first phase of the project was implemented in 2003. New teaching building 1500m2, student apartment 1000m2, student canteen 4000m2, comprehensive building 8600m2, student apartment 2700m2, commercial and residential building 8 100m2, plastic playground, stands and swimming pool. Build an electronic reading room and expand the library, so that the collection of books will reach 240,000 from 63,000.

Establish five systems engineering: campus computer network system engineering, TV closed-circuit system engineering, communication network system engineering, broadcasting network system engineering and lighting system engineering.

In 2004, 1000m2 student apartment, 4000m2 science and technology center, storm playground and other projects started construction one after another, further improving the school construction.

3. Teaching staff: To build a teaching staff with reasonable structure, firm belief, up-to-standard academic qualifications, strong comprehensive ability, remarkable teaching achievements and high moral character. Build a team of management cadres to adapt to the development of school construction and attach importance to the selection and training of young cadres (young seeds).

Establishing a learning campus and three sets of teaching teams within five years will greatly improve the academic qualifications, comprehensive ability and professional ethics of in-service teachers. 4. School management: determine the people-oriented management idea.
