-educational experience and speech at the whole park conference.
Dear colleagues,
Hello everyone!
Today, first of all, I would like to thank the leaders for giving me this opportunity to introduce some educational experience and work experience. When it comes to working experience for so many years, the truth is one word-"tired". The work that can't be done all day, one task after another, seems endless, but more fatigue is gratifying, moving and proud. Seeing the progress of children, it is worth it.
Today, I will talk about my teaching experience here, instead of telling the story of the class, because the progress of children in the class is inseparable from the careful training of three teachers, not one teacher, so I want to thank two teachers in the class (Mr. Yang Ji, Mr. Wang Juxiang and Mr. An Yan in the middle class) for their tacit cooperation with me. In the class story, you are also the protagonist.
Today I'm going to tell a story that makes our class teacher feel gratified and moved:
Last semester, there were several transfer students in our class. One of them was transferred from child prodigy early education. His name is Yaoyao, a 4-year-old boy. At the beginning of school, his mother took him to class and taught him to call teachers one by one. He learned to address them one by one. I found that he had no eyes and looked around aimlessly, feeling that his reaction was different from that of other children.
Once after getting up at noon, all the children moved the small chairs into the classroom. Yaoyao was still standing in the corridor, so I said to him, "Yaoyao, please move the small chair into the classroom." He also said, "Please move the small chair into the classroom." I added, "Please move a small chair and sit up." He also imitated me and said, "Please move a small chair and sit on it." I tried again. I squatted down and said to him, "You called me, I'm xu teacher." While learning to say "I am xu teacher", he looked around aimlessly. I pointed to him and said, "You are Yaoyao." He also said mechanically, "You are Yaoyao." I just found out that this child has some language problems, because a 4-year-old child can clearly distinguish the relationship between you and me, and others should look at each other when talking. He can't reach these points. Later, I also found out that he didn't understand what his teachers and friends said. He only learns sounds mechanically, so he can't communicate and exchange ideas with others. I got a chance to have a good talk with his mother. His mother is a mother who pays more attention to children's education and faces up to their problems. After the talk, she decided to take her children to the Children's Health Hospital for examination. After a weekend, Yaoyao's mother told us that Yaoyao's IQ is 54, which is only the level of a child over 2 years old and has autism. Seeing Yaoyao's mother in a hurry, we also worried about her and comforted her by saying, "Don't worry, take your time. We teach him in kindergarten and you tutor him. He will make great progress. "
Since then, our three teachers have paid more attention to communicating with his language, teaching him to speak again and again, first teaching him to know his own name, then teaching him the names of the three teachers, then teaching him the names of his parents, and then teaching him to know his children. Three of our teachers asked him, "Who are you?" Almost every day. "What kind of teacher am I?" "Who is he?" "What is this?" ....., teaching him how to answer again and again, the effect is not immediate, and sometimes he can't learn after teaching for a while, so we constantly provide opportunities to talk and communicate, believing that after a long time, there will be results. In the big class, Teacher Yang once asked him, "Who am I?" "Teacher Yang." At that time, we were so happy that I asked, "Who am I?" "xu teacher." "Who is she?" "Miss Wang." "Who are you?" "I am Yaoyao." We hugged him and kissed him happily, and suddenly felt that the hard work of this year was finally in vain. His progress is nothing to normal children, but it is a leap for him. When her mother heard of his progress, tears welled up in her eyes.
He can't learn the children's songs, songs and rhythms he usually teaches in class. Sometimes, we teach him sentence by sentence and teach him to do actions. Under the guidance of teachers, professors and the whole class, he learned a lot of nursery rhymes and songs, and sometimes he hummed himself. His mother said that he would read many nursery rhymes at home. At the end of the semester, Yaoyao performed a song and dance program with the children. After the activity, his mother said, "I'm so excited. My children can perform programs like other children. Thank you very much for your hard work! " I said, "We are also happy for Yaoyao."
In life, Yaoyao doesn't eat by herself. He is the kind of child who starved to death and didn't eat by himself. He needs the teacher to feed him bite by bite, and when he needs to chew something he doesn't like, he will spit it out. Three teachers in our class found out what he likes to eat and fed him according to his taste every day. It has been almost three years since the middle class to the preschool class.
In the communication with people, at first, he liked to run around alone. We should keep our eyes on him all the time and hold him all the time when we are outdoors. Later, he likes to chase after his favorite children, which sometimes interferes with their class and play. When the child strikes back, we will stop it quickly and teach the children in the class to love and help Yaoyao. Under our example, all the children in the class followed to take care of this special child.
Three years later, with the cooperation of teachers and parents, Yaoyao has made great progress. Although there is still a certain gap with other children, he has learned to sing, read nursery rhymes, read and write Pinyin, do math problems, know a lot of Chinese characters, and enjoy playing with children.
