First of all, prepare materials and tools, construction paper (rainbow color), scissors, stapler and cotton balls. With 6 or 7 different colors of colored paper, these rainbows will look the best. Choose different colors of paper according to your own preferences.

1. Cut a piece of paper 2.5cm wide from the short end of a piece of A4 colored paper.

2. Cut out the same note with different colors of paper, so as to get five colors of note: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

3. Trim each color according to the color sequence of the rainbow to make it about 3cm shorter than the previous color.

4. Put the paper strips together one by one in rainbow order, aim one end of the paper strip at one side, and then nail all six paper strips together with a stapler.

5. Start with the shortest one and align the other end of each ribbon in turn.

6. Nail the note back together.

7. Bound paper money should arch like a rainbow.

8. Beat the cotton ball. If the cotton ball is not easy to pull out, you can make a small incision on one side of the cotton ball with scissors.

9. Then stretch and pull into a cloud.

10, put one end of the rainbow in the middle of the cotton ball. Then fold the cotton balls on both sides in half and tie them on the rainbow to fix them in place.
