Step 1: find a pair of tight flat shoes. You can use soft-soled shoes at first.
Step 2: Make sure that the floor you practice on is not too rough, and try to find a smooth floor.
Step 3: Stand with your feet together, with your left foot slightly in front of your right foot (the front end of your right toe should be in line with the middle of your left toe).
Step 4: Then lift the heel of your right foot to make it look like you are walking, and stand in front of your right foot and keep your left foot still (be careful not to move).
Step 5: When you put down your right heel, move all the center of gravity to your right foot, and slowly drag your left foot backwards so that your left toe is flush with your right heel. When doing this step, the left heel should be slightly off the ground, and the left foot should not step down, otherwise it will not slide. Make sure to slowly lower your right heel while moving your left foot. Controlling speed requires more practice.
Step 6: Keep practicing the above steps until you are sure that you can move without obstacles.
Step 7: Once you can master the above movements, move your left foot forward, but don't touch the ground. Make it look like you just kicked it to the ground. Move it one foot in front of your right toe. Don't lift your left foot anywhere.
Step 8: Move your left foot back to its original position and lift your right heel again. Bend your left leg and repeat step 5. Keep practicing until you understand all the essentials, and you can do whatever you want and get approval from others. Finally, you can overcome gravity, so that you can walk in space like a professional.
Step 9: Once you can master the bending of your right foot, exchange your feet and try to do the same with your left foot. Lift the heel of your left foot and put it down when your right foot slides backwards. Support with your left foot, then lift the heel of your left foot, then slowly move your right foot backwards and put it down again.

Jackson's spacewalk decomposition ↓
Decomposition: ① Smooth the left foot backward by 30cm, and then start from the left foot.
Decomposition: ② Slide the right foot backwards by 60 cm. Start with your right foot immediately. (start)
Decomposition: (3) Then the left foot slides back 45 cm, the right foot begins to slide back 60 cm, and so on. ....
Decomposition: ④ Details are very important. When sliding, slide your left foot backwards. The shoulders should also have a certain degree of torsion. The left foot slides sideways and the left shoulder moves slightly. The right foot slides sideways and the right shoulder moves slightly.
Decomposition: ⑤ Consistency must be strong. Landing must be strong. There must be a degree of kneading when sliding backwards.
Decomposition: ⑤ Slightly lean forward when sliding. Avoid falling backwards or slipping sideways.
Decomposition: ⑦ According to your lover's sliding times, you can turn N times in a row, and then point your feet to the ground (master action).
