(2) Interview
1. Rank the qualified written test scores from high to low, and determine the candidates for each recruitment position according to the ratio of 1:3. If the proportion is insufficient, the candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of finalists. Within 20 working days after the written examination, the list of interviewers will be published in the "Work Dynamics" column of Wuhua County Government Information Open Directory System (/index/department/007224680).
2. The specific interview time and place will be notified separately.

Participants in the interview must hold their ID card and the original admission ticket, and the copy is invalid.
The interview score is calculated as 100, and the interview score is calculated to two decimal places. After the interview, the interview results will be announced to the candidates on the spot.
The total score of the exam is 60.
The total test score is calculated according to the following formula:
Total test score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.
