1. Huiyang City includes inclusive private kindergartens in Danshui, Qiuchang, Sanhe and three streets. In 2020, 25% (inclusive) of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in our district will be the upper limit of the education fee, that is, each student will not exceed 5,800 yuan per semester, and each student will not exceed 1 1829 yuan per semester.

2. The inclusive private kindergartens in Shatian, Xinwei, Zhenlong, Hu Yong, Liangjing and Pingtan will take 20% (inclusive) of the per capita disposable income of all residents in our district in 2020 as the upper limit of the teaching fee, that is, it will not exceed 4,280 yuan per student per semester and 8,567.6 yuan per student per academic year.
