Cultivate good habits of work and rest.
Is the law of life. Parents can make a timetable for their children's work and rest, when to eat, when to sleep, when to play, when to come back and so on. And stick to it, so that children can easily enter the state when they arrive, and parents will also reduce a lot of trouble. Don't let children eat a lot of snacks two hours before meals, so as not to affect their appetite. Children around one year old are independent and want to eat with their own spoons. Although it looks clumsy, it may make a mess of itself and the dining table, with rice grains and soup everywhere. But as long as parents are patient, guide their children to eat with spoons and give them a fixed seat every time they eat, I believe it won't take long for the little guy to develop the habit of eating independently.
Cultivate initial social survival skills.
First, a sense of independence. At the age of one, children begin to have a tendency to be independent. At this time, they tend to be independent and dependent on their parents. They want to eat by themselves, dress and wear shoes by themselves, and do other things they want to do, but most of them can't do it because of poor technology and uncoordinated movements. Many parents have arranged everything for their children. Children will not be "independent" and will not express themselves. They can only resist by crying. This is the child's first "rebellious period". At this time, it is time for parents to teach their children to eat, dress and wear pants. By the age of three, children's sense of independence is stronger. In addition to their daily life, they also have their own ignorant judgments about their clothes and their own preferences about things around them. At this time, parents should respect their children, and they can't just rely on their own likes and dislikes to make them obey, otherwise the children will "resist". Try to satisfy your child's reasonable suggestions, resolutely say no to those who can't, and give reasons. Let them do what they can, which is a respect for them and a chance to exercise. If everything is done blindly, it is not only disrespectful to children, depriving them of opportunities for growth and exercise, but also forming the bad habit that children depend on their parents for everything.
Second, labor consciousness. Love of labor is a good character. Only those who love labor know how to respect the fruits of others' labor can appreciate the hardships of their parents. No matter how excellent a person is at school, his comprehensive research can only reflect his own value through work, so only a correct sense of labor can lay a good foundation for work. Nowadays, many young people born in 1980s and 1990s are lazy, not so much because of their personal reasons, but because their parents didn't cultivate their labor consciousness in their early childhood. Cultivating their sense of labor is a little more than cultivating their sense of independence, that is, they have to undertake certain tasks besides taking care of themselves independently every day. Children love to imitate the words and deeds of adults, so work can start with housework, and they can sweep the floor, wash dishes, cook and so on every day. It is best to buy a complete set of labor tools for rural children and let them work and exercise with adults. As they get older, the work they undertake can gradually increase. In fact, whether children can develop the habit of loving labor depends on whether parents can persist in and encourage their children to take part in labor.
Third, the sense of responsibility. Is to train children to be responsible for their actions. In real life, we see that many children's toys are still everywhere, and they don't do what they can. This aspect can start with packaging toys. Parents can put a toy box for their children, and each toy has a place. Every time a child finishes playing, he can be encouraged to put his toys together and let him clean them up later. Others, such as folding quilts and washing handkerchiefs, can be used as materials for children to cultivate their sense of responsibility as long as they pay attention. The cultivation of children's sense of responsibility is not achieved overnight, but the result of parents' long-term requirements for encouragement and supervision.
Intelligence cultivation
If the children's intellectual development process is calculated as 100%, it is 20% at 0~ 1 year, 50% at 4 years old, 80% at 8 years old, 13 to 92%, 17 to 100%. Therefore, children's intellectual development is the fastest. The development of children's intelligence is developed after absorbing the nutrition of various life experiences. If it is confined to one place at a time, it is difficult to be effective. Therefore, rich life experience and rich life content are important ways to form children's high IQ. Parents can refer to the following methods:
First, breastfeeding. It is found that the IQ of breast-fed children is generally higher than that of milk substitutes 10.
Second, let children participate in various games or sports, such as building blocks, pie charts, parent-child games and so on. It is best to have adults involved, which not only increases the parent-child relationship, but also allows parents to know their children better. Games are children's spiritual food, which not only brings children spiritual pleasure, but also improves their exploration ability, observation and rich imagination. Parents should communicate well with the kindergarten and ensure that the good habits that children learn in kindergarten will continue at home.
Sixth, protect children's interest in learning. Unless the child is interested, it is best not to enroll the child in various interest classes. Otherwise, children will not only be tired of coping, but also lose interest in learning all kinds of knowledge in the future.
Of course, all this depends on the good execution of parents. Only when parents understand it can they better educate their children. The process of parents teaching their children is also a self-learning process. Therefore, parents should strengthen moral cultivation, set a good example, and at the same time overcome bad habits.
