When the plastic special anticorrosive tape is used for underground laying of petroleum pipelines, the anticorrosive glue can be brushed on the plastic tape and tightly wound, which can play the role of anticorrosion and insulation. Anti-corrosion adhesive tape can be divided into inner tape and surface tape. Before using the anticorrosive tape, the pipeline should be derusted and cleaned. After purging and drying, the surface should be coated with a layer of anti-corrosion tape primer, and then the inner tape of the anti-corrosion tape should be spirally wound. After the inner tape is firmly wound, it can be taken out by winding the anticorrosive tape. Anti-winding and anti-corrosion adhesive tape should be carried out on special equipment, the steel pipe rotates at a certain speed, the adhesive tape walks along the axial direction of the steel pipe, and the tension is controlled to make the adhesive tape evenly wound on the surface of the steel bar. The adhesion of the two layers of adhesive tape is very strong, and the waterproof and anti-oil corrosion effect is very good. The blank holder of each roll of anticorrosive tape should be uniform. Generally, the blank holder width is 5mm, and the blank holder of adhesive tape joint is100 ~150 mm. In order to strengthen the anti-corrosion requirements, two layers of inner adhesive tape or three layers of inner adhesive tape can be used, and then an outer adhesive tape can be wrapped. Anti-corrosion tape has the advantages of convenient construction, high efficiency and no pollution, but its mechanical strength is poor and it is easy to be damaged. It has been applied to pipeline anticorrosion engineering.
