In order to implement the spirit of the Central Talent Work Conference, the "Requirements for Exploring Socialized Professional Qualification Certification System in China" put forward in the Decision of Central the State Council on Further Strengthening Talent Work (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision"), improve the professional quality and ability of kindergarten directors, and enhance the core competitiveness of kindergartens. I. Purpose of certification
According to the spirit of "taking moral character, knowledge, ability and performance as the main criteria for measuring talents" put forward in the Decision, with the goal of cultivating outstanding principals who lead the reform and innovation of early childhood education, we will objectively and fairly evaluate and certify the principals through a professional and authoritative certification system, guide and promote the professional development of principals, strive to improve the school-running ability and management level of key principals, and build a high-quality and professional principal team to promote the good development of early childhood education.

Four. Certification certificate
China Professional Director Certificate (Junior, Middle and Advanced)
Verb (abbreviation of verb) declaration conditions
Have certain pre-school education work experience, engage in pre-school education management, have no major safety accidents during their three-year tenure, meet the corresponding certificate application conditions, and obtain the qualification certificate after strict examination and evaluation. The application conditions for certificates of various grades are as follows:
1, Chinese professional director (junior) certificate: 360 yuan.

Currently engaged in pre-school education management positions;
(2) Love preschool education and prepare to engage in preschool education management;
(3) Have a technical secondary school degree or above and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years;
④
College degree, engaged in this occupation 1 year or above.
2. China Professional Director Certificate (Intermediate): 1680 yuan.

Have more than 2 years working experience in pre-school education management positions, and have achieved certain results;
(2) Have a technical secondary school education or above, and have been engaged in this occupation after obtaining the professional director (junior) certificate 1 year or more;
③
College degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years;
In line with one of the above circumstances, you must complete a pre-school education management paper of more than 3000 words, which will be approved by the master tutor of Beijing Normal University.
3. China Professional Director (Senior) Certificate: 3,800 yuan.

Engaged in pre-school education management positions for more than 3 years;
(2) Have a technical secondary school education or above, and have been engaged in this occupation after obtaining the professional supervisor (intermediate) certificate 1 year or more;
③
Have a college degree or above and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years;
(4) Have a master's degree or above, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year;
In line with one of the above circumstances, you must complete a pre-school education management thesis of more than 6,000 words, which will be approved by the doctoral supervisor of Beijing Normal University.

You can participate in the training of kindergarten principals organized by the Principal Training College of Beijing Normal University for free, and obtain the "Certificate of Completion of the National Kindergarten Principal Advanced Seminar" issued by the Principal Training College of Beijing Normal University;
