According to the announcement of Fujian Education Examinations Institute on holding the interview of the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in the second half of 20 18, it was confirmed on the spot that the candidates brought relevant materials to the designated place in the corresponding examination area. Materials to be carried are:

1. Candidates with Fujian household registration.

(1) Original and photocopy of the candidate's ID card and household registration book.

(2) Candidates' relevant academic qualifications, graduation certificates and other originals and photocopies. When applying for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the original and photocopy of the technical qualification certificate shall be provided.

2. Candidates with foreign household registration in Fujian Province.

(1) Original and photocopy of the candidate's ID card.

(2) Provide the original personnel relationship certificate issued by a qualified local personnel agency, or the original and photocopy of the employment contract and social insurance certificate of the local work unit 1 copy each.

(3) Candidates' relevant academic qualifications, graduation certificates and other originals and photocopies. When applying for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the original and photocopy of the technical qualification certificate shall be provided.

3. Students in the third grade and above and full-time graduate students studying in ordinary colleges (full-time).

(1) Original and photocopy of the candidate's ID card.

(2) The original school attendance certificate issued by the school registration management department or the teaching management department.

(3) To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, the original and photocopy of the technical qualification certificate shall be provided.
