The child's brain (the truth of IQ and EQ), this is the first book I came into contact with on early education. Using Tao Ge's sharing method to search keywords and questions of 100 industries and target groups is really a good way to grasp users' needs. At that time, I searched several kinds of questions: various physical health problems in the process of children's growth (consulting a classmate who is a nanny and going to see the encyclopedia of parenting of the American Academy of Pediatrics), children's intellectual cultivation, and children's character cultivation (beating people, lying, etc.). ).
Regarding the latter two questions, I have found the answers in my children's brains, and this book has also helped me to build a knowledge system of early education. Previously, all kinds of problems were scattered, just like grapes, and this book helped me string education early education into two strings, one is how to improve children's emotional intelligence, and the other is how to improve children's IQ, which will make me clearly judge which knowledge points I need to call to solve various early education problems.
This is the second time I read this book, and I will feel different from the first time.
1, I read some professional knowledge points that I neglected before: for example, the structure of the brain, but I only remembered a few simple concepts before, such as neurons, rational brains, emotional brains and crawling brains; This time, I learned something new: various abilities about emotional intelligence and IQ will also play a role in the corresponding areas of the cerebral cortex (now I am still unfamiliar with those concepts: oxytocin-the attachment relationship between mother and child; Frontal lobe and amygdala-overcoming fear; Mirror neuron imitation; Striatum-attention; Anterior wedge memory). Knowing these professional knowledge, I will better understand children's behavior, understand the underlying logic after their strange performance, and understand the anxiety of many parents mentioned in parenting books. The fundamental reason is that we don't know the growth law of this lovely child. When we encounter unknown things without certain standards, we will panic and feel insecure. On the contrary, we understand the characteristics of children's growth law. As long as we conform to these potential laws, we can accept children's various phenomena calmly.
The framework and theme of this book will be very clear after reading this time. If you read with a card from a classical teacher, you will treat a thick book as several cards.
This time, I divided it into three cards: the first card is a tool card for early education, the second card is about five aspects of emotional intelligence, and the third card is about six abilities of IQ.
When reading the tool card, I will start to actively contact the relevant educational books I have read before: the cultivation of game power, how to say that children will listen, and how to listen to children before talking. For example, the principles of connection, nudge and communication described in parent-child communication books are summarized as several tools for early education in children's brains, but their importance is once again strengthened from different cases.
When I read the EQ and IQ tool cards, I found that the methods mentioned in them are actually the practical applications of the tool cards. When the whole book is split into cards to read, it will not be caught in the understanding and memory of details as before, and the reading efficiency will be significantly improved.
I will read the main points in the book as a personal growth book. For example, sometimes I am not focused enough, sometimes I am not confident enough, sometimes I am not confident enough, and sometimes I don't have the courage to face setbacks. This book has given me a lot of inspiration. When I understand how to cultivate children's corresponding abilities, I can look inward, find some deep-seated reasons why I didn't do it, better understand myself and better adjust my actions. This harvest is very great.
