Baise Tiandong District or Lingyun. In June 2002, Youjiang District was established in Baise City, and the former county-level administrative area of Baise City was Youjiang District. Baise governs Tianyang County, Tiandong County, Pingguo County, Debao County, Jingxi County, Napo County, lingyun county, Leye County, Xilin County, tianlin county, Longlin Autonomous County and the newly established Youjiang District.
