All school-age children who hold the Shanghai Residence Permit (valid for 1 one year and above) issued by the Shanghai Personnel Bureau and hold valid residence certificates in the enrollment area shall be accompanied by their parents, bringing the Shanghai Residence Permit, house certificate (house ownership certificate or legal lease contract for more than one year), baby birth certificate and vaccination card to register in kindergartens within their jurisdiction, or to register in nurseries and kindergartens that can enroll students independently.
