What documents do autistic children need to apply for disability certificate?
First of all, it is necessary to find out whether the child is really autistic or misdiagnosed as autism. That is to distinguish between true and false autism.

autism

Autism is the name of Taiwan Province Province and Hongkong, and it is called autism in Chinese mainland, which is essentially different from other developmental disorders. Typical autism, which we call true autism, is still a medical problem all over the world. The most basic cause is not clear, and it is an incurable disease. Give parents the following advice for children with true autism:

It is recommended to go to the hospital to issue a diagnosis certificate of autism, and the disability certificate can be handled according to the diagnosis certificate, which is helpful for the child's future life.

If conditions permit, you can give birth again. There is no medical clinical proof that the second child is more likely to suffer from autism than other children born.

Go to an institution that trains parents for three months. Parents will personally participate in ABA training, learn its concept, technology and process, and integrate ABA into future family life scenes, so as to achieve the goal of improving their children's quality of life as much as possible. After that, there is no need to receive treatment or training from any other medical or rehabilitation institution.

Pseudoautism

After proper training, most children with extremely similar symptoms will have the same cognitive ability as normal children, and the characteristics of so-called autism will basically disappear. However, there are always a few children whose cognitive ability will not improve no matter how they train. These children are real, typical autistic children. Those children with similar developmental disorders who can return through training are called pseudoautism, such as severe Asperger's disease, severe developmental delay, special language developmental delay and so on. That is, autism spectrum, autism tendency and high-functioning autism commonly used in hospitals. Children with this developmental disorder have almost the same characteristics as typical autism, but they are essentially different from autism: they only stop at a certain level of development for a certain period of time and can completely return to society through training.

Why are there true and false autism?

Autism has been introduced to China from abroad for only 20 years, from scientific confirmation to large-scale treatment and intervention. Because there is no complete identification system, especially because basic medicine has not established a complete and systematic theory of physiology and medical science, autism can not be detected by medical instruments, mainly relying on the personal experience of doctors. However, children with severe Asperger's disease, severe developmental retardation, xxy chromosome variation and severe language disorder are very close to typical autism, and doctors can't make accurate judgments only by parents filling out ABC autism scale. However, the training is in the Disabled Persons' Federation system, or in the private sector, so doctors can't track the growth process of the trained children and trace their own appraisal results, so as to find the law between appraisal and rehabilitation. Without long-term training, it is difficult for special children's doctors to distinguish the subtle differences between typical autism and other developmental disorders similar to autism. Another reason is that the medical allocation resources are unbalanced, the number of doctors who identify autism is limited, and the popularization of the Internet has led some hospitals and doctors to attach great importance to it. The workload of the doctors concerned is overloaded, and the communication time left for each patient is very short. As a result, doctors can only judge whether they are autistic through ten minutes' observation and the contents of the scale, which is possible for mild developmental disorder, but almost impossible for moderate developmental disorder. Finally, even if doctors identify atypical autism, such as stunting, there is no medical equipment or medicine to cure it. In the rehabilitation stage, ABA is the main training method regardless of true or false autism, and almost all of them need lifelong training. Because there is no cure after identification, the medical system lacks motivation to promote the academic progress of autism diagnosis and differential diagnosis. As a result, many pseudo-autistic children who are not autistic are labeled with vague terms such as autism tendency, high-functioning autism and autism spectrum. And they have been artificially labeled as autism, which has doubled the incidence of autism.

Why must we distinguish between true and false autism?

Once any child with developmental disorder is labeled as autism, it will bring great psychological trauma and pressure to the family, and wrong judgment will have serious consequences in the child's return training. Parents will follow the training methods of autism both in the training direction and subconsciously. Typical autism is true autism, which cannot be cured by modern medicine. Only through ABA training can we improve its ability in a limited way. The real problem is that ABA training should not be used for all children with developmental disabilities, such as autism spectrum, autism tendency, high-functioning autism, motor nerve retardation, Asperger's disease and so on. They just made mistakes at a certain development level in a certain period. Some abilities of normal children are weak, but they still belong to the category of normal children. You can completely return to society through the training of "non-"Aba. For non-autistic children, using ABA training methods specially designed for autism to recover is like prescribing lung cancer drugs to children with pneumonia, and the consequences can be imagined. This problem is very common, which will affect the future of countless children and families.

Pseudoautism classification

At present, there is no really effective tool or standard for identifying autism in the medical system, so it is impossible to distinguish between typical autism and a similar developmental disorder, that is, pseudoautism, let alone scientifically classify pseudoautism. In order to identify all children with similar or similar manifestations as autism or classify them into autism spectrum. According to official statistics, the birth rate of autistic children in Beijing is around one thousandth, while in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Xinjiang and Tibet, it is close to one thousandth. For example, the birth rate of autistic children in China is calculated according to the average 1.2‰, and nearly 1.8 million autistic children are born every year. But more than 80% of these children are labeled as autistic. The birth rate of autistic children has been artificially increased by 10 times.

Children who do not have the typical characteristics of true autism but have similar characteristics need to be called pseudoautism independently. Pseudoautism can be divided into Sensi syndrome, Asperger syndrome, developmental retardation and XXY chromosome children. Asperger's syndrome can be divided into dominant, comprehensive, passive and sensitive Asperger's syndrome, and can be divided into severe, moderate and mild Asperger's syndrome according to the severity of symptoms. When identifying true autism, there are two developmental disorders that are not listed in any report or catalogue in the world. Their performance characteristics are very similar to autism, but they can still be trained and rehabilitated. Known as "Sensi syndrome" and "Sensi dyslexia". Among them, some types of Asperger's disease and ADHD belong to mild developmental disorders. They generally have no intellectual problems, but they have various difficulties in school and collective life. At school, they are heterogeneous elements that teachers and parents rack their brains. Although the symptoms will be relieved after puberty, they will be extremely painful during the whole school period. After graduating from junior high school, they generally have nowhere to go and it is difficult for them to communicate with others all their lives. Moderate stunting is a common developmental disorder, which coexists with other disorders. If there is no intervention or the intervention is incorrect, the result will be different degrees of mental retardation. Sensi dyslexia, Sensi syndrome and some types of Asperger's children are serious developmental disabilities, and their manifestations are very similar to autism. If you don't intervene, or if you don't train properly, you will eventually become severely mentally retarded like a typical autism.
