The origin of playing cards

One theory was invented by Zhang Sui, an astronomer in the Tang Dynasty. It was originally called "Ye Zi Xi" because the card is only as big as a leaf. Ouyang Xiu, a writer in the Song Dynasty, also recorded "Ye Xixi" in the Record of Returning to the Field, which was developed from word games. During the Yuan Dynasty, Kyle Polo traveled to China and served as an official in the court of China for a long time. He has a close relationship with the upper intellectuals and learned this game. Later it spread to Europe. At first, it was only a luxury of nobles, but it soon became popular among the people because of its low cost, diverse gameplay and easy learning. Europeans improved the card game according to their own culture and traditions, and finally "playing cards" appeared.
