The content of communication is mostly the concrete performance of children in life, their greatest characteristics and targeted family education guidance. Facing all kinds of parents, I always listen to their reasonable suggestions with an open mind, patiently solve problems for them, help them enthusiastically, put every job ahead and take good care of every child. I always insist on studying business knowledge and scientific and cultural knowledge hard to improve my quality and professional level. Since I set foot on my job, I have often studied various preschool education publications, constantly studied online, and searched for relevant materials to enrich myself. When preparing lessons, we should be clear about the teaching objectives of each class, be familiar with the teaching tasks, carefully compile teaching plans, make teaching AIDS, and strive to prepare and teach each class well.
