Flower arranging town is the east gate of Fuyang, the central city in northwest Anhui. It was once known as "a flower in Huaibei" and "the second hometown of West German rabbits". The whole town covers an area of 1 10. 18 square kilometers, governs 4 neighborhood committees and1/village committees, has 438 village (residential) groups, 18438 households, and has a registered population of 84656.

There is a mighty new river in the north, which is navigable all the year round.
