Ke Bei Le is a brand owned by Japan Ke Bei Le Co., Ltd., and Ke Bei Le was first founded in Tokyo on 1992 by Japanese education expert Nobuyuki Daping. After more than 20 years of development, there are now more than 140 early education centers in Japan.
