According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the Trial Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Hunan Province (No.45 of Xiangrenshefa [2011]), the decision of 2065438+ was made upon the application of each recruitment unit, the examination of the competent department and the county people's social security bureau, the consent of the leaders of the county people's government and the approval of the municipal people's social security bureau. I. Recruitment Plan

In 20 12, the county plans to openly recruit 62 medical and health unit staff within the approved establishment of public institutions. Second, registration.

(1) application conditions

(3) Registration requirements

Each applicant can only apply for one position. On-site registration, applicants must submit their academic qualifications, degree certificates, valid ID cards and other originals and registration forms. College graduates must provide employment recommendation form signed by the employment guidance department of the school graduates, and provide the original graduation certificate and degree certificate before August 3, 2002, or they will not be hired.

At the time of registration, applicants must choose suitable positions in strict accordance with the requirements of the positions they apply for. If you have any questions about the job requirements, you can directly consult the Personnel Unit of the County Health Bureau. The documents and materials provided by individuals must be true and valid, and the ID cards used for registration and physical examination must be consistent. Otherwise, you can't take the exam and physical examination.

Applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee for urban families are exempt from the registration examination fee with the "Low Guarantee" and poverty certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the county government.

Third, the exam.

The examination is conducted by written examination and interview.

(1) Written examination

1, content: Only when the ratio of the planned number of recruits to the number of applicants for each recruitment position reaches 1: 3 can the examination be started. If the number of applicants for each recruitment position is less than 1: 3, the recruitment plan shall be reduced or cancelled accordingly and announced. Written test content: Professional and technical positions mainly test the professional knowledge required for the positions to be hired, with a score of 100.

2. Time: 9 a.m. to 0 a.m. on August 8, 2002.

3. Location: Subject to the test location on the admission ticket. All applicants need to get the admission ticket from August 15 to August 16 at the Personnel Unit of the County Health Bureau. Candidates should take the exam on time according to the time and place specified in the admission ticket.

Those who hold positions in "four projects" such as "sending college graduates to work in villages" and pass the examination after the service period expires (the service period is calculated as 2,065,438+3 1 in August 2002), and after being reported to the relevant departments for approval according to the relevant policies and regulations, the written test scores will be scored extra points. At the same time, if the above conditions are not accumulated, extra points will be given according to the extra points. (2) Interview (skill operation assessment)

According to the written test scores (including policy scores) from high to low, the interview (skill operation assessment) candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of planned employees to the number of people taking the test 1: 3, and published online. The interview used skill operation method, and the score was 100. For positions with special professional and technical positions, which can't meet the examination opening ratio, the number of interviewers shall not be less than 1:2, and the number of recruitment plans of 1:2 can't be met, and there is no substitute. Only when the interview (skill operation assessment) score reaches 60 or above can they be regarded as the physical examination objects.

The interview was organized and implemented by the county health bureau under the guidance and supervision of the government's human and social departments. (3) Synthesis of results

Written test score 100, interview (skill operation assessment) score 100. Comprehensive test scores are calculated according to the following principles (two decimal places are reserved):

Comprehensive test score = (written test score+policy bonus) ×60%+ interview (skill operation assessment) score ×40%

Fourth, physical examination and assessment

After the interview (skill operation assessment), the candidates who enter the physical examination and assessment will be determined from high score to low score according to the employment plan (if the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be sorted from high score to low score according to the written test scores).

The physical examination is organized by the recruiting unit and county health bureau, and supervised by the government's human and social departments. If there is any objection to the conclusion of the medical examination, a written re-examination request can be made to the recruiting unit or the competent department within 3 working days after knowing the conclusion of the medical examination. Items with objections can only be re-examined once, and the results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

The assessment is organized by the county health bureau and the recruitment unit, and supervised by the government's human and social departments. The focus of the assessment is to examine the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and to review the candidates' qualifications.

Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and assessment shall be reported to the human resources and social departments of the government for approval due to work needs, and shall be filled in turn according to the comprehensive performance of the post, and participate in physical examination and assessment. Substitutes must be produced among those who attend the interview.

Newly hired personnel shall sign employment contracts in accordance with the relevant requirements of personnel management of public institutions and stipulate the probation period. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination shall be employed in the corresponding positions according to the relevant requirements of post setting management. If the examination fails, the employment will be cancelled. Those who give up their employment qualifications after employment examination and approval will not be replaced.
