Compulsory education can easily hurt students' self-confidence and self-esteem, cause students' disgust and even fear of teachers, and also easily stifle students' interest in learning. Cooperation means that teachers and students are completely equal in personality. The current concept is: if you can't learn, I will teach you to learn; If you don't want to study, I will attract you to study.
