Runqin Garden was invested and constructed by Shanghai Shenya Group, and the completion time was about 2003. Although its appearance looks old, it doesn't mean that it is a prefabricated house. Precast slab house is a special architectural form. The floor is prefabricated by the factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. Runqin Garden is a traditional cast-in-place concrete structure, not an assembled building.
