? College of Literature: Undergraduate major: Chinese language and literature, English, Spanish. The College of Literature is one of the earliest departments of Shantou University and one of the nine colleges of Shantou University. It also has a global research center and a new China research center.
? Faculty of Science: undergraduate majors: mathematics and applied mathematics, statistics, photoelectric information science and engineering, applied chemistry, biotechnology, marine science, materials science and engineering. The college mainly trains science professionals with generous science foundation, excellent professional quality, scientific exploration spirit and discriminating thinking ability.

Engineering colleges: undergraduate majors: mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation (excellent engineer class of Ministry of Education), intelligent manufacturing engineering, electronic information engineering, electronic information engineering (excellent engineer class of Ministry of Education), electronic and computer engineering, communication engineering, communication engineering (excellent engineer class of Ministry of Education), data science and big data technology, civil engineering, environmental engineering, architecture and biomedical engineering.
? Law school: undergraduate majors: law, law (foreign-related legal English special class), administration, business administration, accounting. Law majors mainly train legal talents with reasonable knowledge structure, strong practical ability and multidisciplinary background.

Business school: undergraduate majors: international economy and trade, finance, Changjiang Journalism and Communication College: undergraduate majors: accounting, international journalism and communication, advertising, network and new media. Business school is one of the earliest departments of Shantou University. The college is mature and its graduates are recognized by enterprises.
? Yangtze College of Art and Design: Undergraduate major: art design, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, public art and digital media art.
? School of public health: undergraduate major: preventive medicine.

Medical college: undergraduate majors: clinical medicine (English preparatory class, 5+3- integration, five-year program), clinical medicine (5+3- integration, five-year program), clinical medicine (pediatrics, 5+3- integration, five-year program), clinical medicine (five-year program) and clinical medicine (general medicine, five-year program).
