Bodhi is a master of three religions and nine streams and a hundred schools of thought contend. As early as Pangu's creation, he became a great god in ancient times. At that time, bodhi had won the war with the devil, and the last three realms were calm. He also lived in seclusion to Mr. Niu Hezhou of Sanxing Cave in Xiling Mountain, where he preached.
Anyone who has seen Journey to the West knows that Bodhi is the most mysterious god. Within the three realms, few people know this man. The average immortal Buddha doesn't know there is such a great god at all. Bodhi's father lived in seclusion in Lingshan, Hezhou, with cattle and disciples all over the world.
At that time, the Tathagata was enlightened by Bodhi's ancestor, and then he got the Tao. At that time, the ancient Buddha was lighting a lamp to talk, and a Warawako was lighting a lamp to listen to the lotus talk. Bodhi saw it, made great achievements, and was a prince, so he deliberately enlightened. Bodhi is transformed into two bodhi trees, which helps Buddha. Later, Tathagata founded Buddhism and called himself Buddha.
Although the Tathagata is miraculous and knows the Three Realms, will the Tathagata be afraid to know that the Monkey King's teacher is the founder of Bodhi? At that time, Tathagata was enlightened by Bodhi, and Tathagata also knew the power of Bodhi's founder. Bodhi knows the Sanqing and the Four Imperial Cities, and in the original Journey to the West, he introduced Bodhi in this way: Jin Xian felt that he had no dirty money, and the wonderful ancestor of the West was Bodhi, who was neither born nor dead, and was kind all over. Tathagata should be no match for Bodhi. Therefore, the Tathagata can only recognize cowardice, and after knowing the truth, the Tathagata is afraid.
When Wukong studied art, Bodhi claimed to be proficient in a hundred schools and asked Wukong to choose one. He gave the Monkey King a low-level course, a 360-degree side door, with a unique style.
It is very complicated, including inviting immortals to help Luan, seeking good fortune and avoiding evil, chanting scriptures and Buddha, worshiping truth and becoming saints, meditating and practicing meditation, abstaining from words and fasting, collecting yin and nourishing yang, climbing a bow and stepping on a crossbow, etc. Bodhi preaching can "talk about Zen for a while, talk about Zen for a while, and the three naturally cooperate."
It can be seen from these that Bodhi is not limited to one school, but all-encompassing. In just three years, he taught Wukong seventy-two changes, somersaults and so on.
It can be said that the supernatural powers that are so compatible with various religions are incomparable to other immortals in The Journey to the West. Even Tathagata and Taishang Laojun are just two schools of Buddhism and Taoism. It can be said that the founder of Bodhi is not famous, but he is a truly miraculous master.
