Second, analysis and research: from the survey results, we analyze: 1. Parents all think it is very important to cultivate children's behavior habits in moral education, just like building a tall building. The foundation is not well laid, and the high-rise building is not well built. It is important for children to be quick-thinking and smart, but it is very important to cultivate children's good behavior habits of obeying rules from an early age, which cannot be ignored or relaxed. 2. Children generally have bad behavior habits in the family, such as "self-centeredness", being rude to family members or guests, watching TV for too long, not loving labor, being self-centered, unable to and will not consider or care about others, often competing with peers for toys, and leaving toys behind. It is not difficult to see that children's performance at home is different from that in kindergarten. In kindergarten, teachers put forward specific requirements for children's behavior habits, such as etiquette education. When they entered the park in the morning, they saw the teacher bow, called the teacher early, and met the teacher after school in the afternoon; In the aspect of in-class rule education, abide by classroom and game rules; Social rules: don't climb flowers and trees, stick to the work of students on duty, and carefully clean the small chair where you sit. Under the supervision and guidance of the teacher, the child insists on doing it every day. Over time, I gradually formed a habit. Back home, the child became the apple of her eye. Parents' doting, connivance and tolerance, or excessive connivance and everything, make the good habits formed in kindergartens fall by the wayside, which increases the difficulty for teachers to cultivate children to form good behavior habits. We believe that it is not enough to cultivate the habit of obeying the rules only in kindergarten, and it is also true in the family. This requires the joint efforts of families and kindergartens. Only the joint efforts of families can cultivate children to form good behavior habits. Thirdly, in view of the above problems, we have made a training plan for children's regular behavior habits in this experimental class. 1. Rules education in the park: when you see the teacher enter the park in the morning, bow to the teacher early and say goodbye to the teacher after school in the afternoon; Can actively participate in various activities in the park according to the schedule; Don't run around in the park and play dangerous and unsafe games. 2. In the aspect of in-class rule education: I can concentrate on classes and activities and don't do anything unrelated to classes and activities; Abide by classroom and game rules; Can maintain the correct posture, take good care of learning tools and toys, use them correctly, and put them back after use. 3. Education of social rules: Don't let parents act alone; No swearing, no spitting, no littering, no trampling on the lawn, no climbing flowers and trees; Insist on being a student on duty and carefully clean the small tables and chairs where you sit.
Fourthly, through participating in the research, we deeply realize that it is not possible to cultivate children's habit of obeying the rules overnight. We should cultivate children's habit of obeying rules through the joint efforts of families and kindergartens and unremitting supervision and training. This activity has enabled us to sum up several effective ways to cultivate children's behavior habits of obeying rules. (1) It is a prerequisite for children to realize the importance of obeying rules and behaviors. To cultivate good habits, children should first realize the importance of observing rules and habits, distinguish right from wrong and know what to do. What should I not do? Why? While putting forward educational requirements, we should let children know the benefits of doing so, give positive comments on their positive performance in time, and criticize and correct their bad behavior in time. Through such positive and negative reinforcement, children will gradually form non-standards, realize the importance of obeying rules and habits, and are willing to obey the rules in this way. For example, in cultivating children's behavior habit of learning to tidy up their school tools, the number of teaching materials for children has increased, with five big textbooks and four small textbooks, as well as a large number of school supplies such as pinyin books, field books, math books and picture books. If you don't teach your children to clean up their school tools by themselves, it will be a heavy burden for teachers and will be unfavorable for children to enter primary school in the future. To this end, according to the characteristics and needs of children in this class, children should first realize the importance of learning to clean up school tools and start training. First of all, children's understanding of * * * is aroused by competition, and the game "See who is ready for class first" is used to compete. As a result, Gao Jianhui and Yu Xia, who were at sixes and sevens in their desks, ran the slowest, and Gao Jianhui was too anxious to find a pencil. I immediately took this opportunity to educate the whole class, "Why are they the slowest?" "Why is Gao Jianhui crying?" . After observation, the children found that Gao Jianhui's desk was in a mess, and they cried when they couldn't find a pencil, which also affected the class time. Take this opportunity to make the whole class realize the importance of sorting out school tools. Let the children understand why they should clean up the school tools and know what to do. What should I not do? Generate knowledge. (2) It is the key to cultivate children's good behavior habits by specific behavior guidance. Habit is a series of automatic actions, which are gradually formed on the basis of mastering the action program and repeated practice. Therefore, it is very important to give specific guidance to children's sports skills.
After the children realized the importance of learning to tidy up school tools by themselves, we immediately asked the children to discuss: "How to tidy up school tools so that desks are not messy? Do you have to compete to win? " The children spoke enthusiastically, expressing their views and ideas one after another, and came up with many good methods. Finally, with the help of the teacher's specific demonstration, the whole class came up with a good way to put learning tools: put five big books on the left side of the desk, put the small book and notebook on the big book, and finally put the pencil box on the small book; The big picture book is placed on the right side of the desk bucket, with watercolor pens, oil pastels and glue sticks on it. After letting the children learn how to put the learning tools correctly, we will let them learn how to arrange the learning tools. Teach them to put back their used school tools so that they can find the school tools they want quickly when they are used next time. In response to this requirement, our teachers consciously guide children how to take out the learning tools they need in class as quickly as possible before each class, and guide children how to tidy up their learning tools after each class. After a period of training, the children gradually learned to clean up the school tools. (3) It is an effective way to form habits to carry out colorful activities and keep exercising. Persistence is the key to habit cultivation, but not all behaviors are acceptable to children. Some requirements are well done from the beginning. After a long time, children feel stale and tired, so they don't want to persist. According to the characteristics of children's psychological development, colorful activities are carried out to attract children, re-stimulate their interest, and guide them to repeat such behaviors, so as to persevere, persistently demand and repeatedly strengthen, establish dynamic stereotypes, and finally make children form good habits. 1, encourage children to form good habits in various ways. For example, in order to reward children who write homework quickly or make progress, let children develop the good habit of finishing homework within the time specified by the teacher. I posted a small seal evaluation form on the wall on the right side of the classroom blackboard. As long as the children can finish their homework within the specified time, I will reward them with a small seal or a small sticker in time, and reward the children who have finished their homework to play with large toys outdoors. In order to get small stamps and stickers and play with big toys outdoors, children Guo Shuo and Wang Xiting, who used to be slow in homework, worked hard for a while, and now their homework speed is getting faster every day. In addition, we also set up reward items such as harvesting fruit baskets (more apples than anyone), more cranes than anyone, more red flowers than anyone, and more stickers to encourage children to develop good habits.
2. Educate children to obey the rules through example education and praise. For example, in order to cultivate children's good habit of tidying up learning tools, we often check children's desks to see if the learning tools are packed as required, reward children who are packed as required, and set a good example for children to tidy up learning tools. And let children with strong ability to clean up school tools pair up with children with poor ability to help each other, so that children with poor ability can learn to clean up their school tools as soon as possible, thus forming a good habit of caring for school tools, learning to use them correctly and putting them back after use. 3. Develop colorful games and competitions. We promote children to form a good habit of cleaning up school tools through games and competitions. For example, "Who is the first to prepare school tools for class?" "Who cleans up school tools the fastest?" "My hands are the most skillful." "Whose school tools are the most complete?" "Who took the champion headdress for packing school tools today?" Waiting for the game. In order to cultivate children to obey the rules of the game, we call those who obey the rules of the game "big kids" and those who don't, so that children can strive to be "big kids". After playing the game, the "older children" can make reasonable demands on the teachers, and we will immediately meet the children's reasonable demands as a reward to encourage them to abide by the rules of the game. In addition, after the game, I will carry out the game activity of "evaluating the small five stars" according to the children's performance in the game. Let the children discuss collectively first, and sum up that all of us can consciously abide by the rules of the game. In this way, children's behavior habits of obeying the rules of the game have been greatly improved through the activity of "evaluating the small five stars". 4. Cultivate children's self-confidence and sense of success. Correct self-evaluation is the premise of children's self-confidence, so we pay attention to the cultivation of children's self-confidence when cultivating children to abide by rules and habits. With a more objective and correct understanding of themselves, children can identify with themselves, understand their own advantages and disadvantages, accept their present situation and establish their initial self-confidence. In this way, the teacher's evaluation is particularly important in children's minds. In the process of training, we pay attention to loving and respecting every child and affirm every bright spot in the child. Pay great attention to your words and deeds when evaluating children, and try to evaluate children with a positive attitude. In order to maximize children's self-confidence, let children have a sense of pride and honor, and let children begin to pay attention to their position and image in the hearts of others, thus generating the motivation to actively abide by the rules. For example, in cultivating children's habit of finishing homework on time, in order to let children establish self-confidence and success, we pay attention to homework from less to more, step by step. At the beginning, the assigned homework should be completed within the specified time as far as possible, so that every child has a sense of accomplishment in picking peaches. After the children have confidence, we will add more homework at an appropriate time as needed. In this way, the amount of homework will gradually increase step by step, so that every child can succeed and inspire them to abide by the behavior habit of finishing homework on time.
5. Use the "influence watch" to cultivate children to form good habits. In order to train children to finish their homework within the specified time, we give each child an influence gold table, instruct them to fill in the class, name and date, hang the completed table on the wall of the classroom, and let the children draw "√" or "X" on the table according to whether they finish their homework within the time specified by the teacher that day to see who has more "√". After more than three weeks' training, it was found that all the children who had been slow in homework had made progress in different degrees, among which Cao, Guo Shuo, Wang Xiting and Guo made the fastest progress. Cao He also counts his own √ every day and compares his own √. (d) Being with family is an important factor in cultivating children's good habits. Parents are children's first teachers, and the formation of children's good behavior habits depends largely on family education. Only when family education and kindergarten education cooperate with each other and complement each other can we achieve the best educational effect, otherwise we will get twice the result with half the effort. In the process of cultivating children's behavior habits of obeying rules, we pay special attention to family cooperation. 1, using the family contact table for family education. According to children's age characteristics and common problems, we have established a "family contact list", the specific content is 1 1: go to bed early and get up early without adult supervision; Will take the initiative to greet others and be polite; Will wait for the family to eat independently together; Can talk about hygiene and pay attention to appearance; Do your own thing; Be able to prepare the items that should be brought into the park every day as required; Abide by the rules of the game; Love of labor will help adults do housework; Love toys and learning tools; Be able to concentrate on one thing; Self-centeredness or not. There are three columns behind each item. Draw "★", "Delta" and "X" well for parents and children to evaluate together. The date is Monday to Sunday, Children's Daily.
