Of course, first of all, we all agree with you that public and private kindergartens have their own advantages and disadvantages. But I am an experienced person. I just sent my children to kindergarten and entered primary school. I chose private kindergartens, and my colleagues around me also chose public kindergartens. So, let me share my experience and some opinions for your reference. Maybe you can make a choice that suits you.
My own situation
My family is a dual employee. I have to go to work during the day and the children take care of themselves.
We choose not to need the help of the elderly to pick up and drop off the children, because the elderly can't ride bicycles and are not suitable for helping to pick up and drop off. When our parents go to work in the morning, they put their children in the park before going to work. After school at 4: 30 in the afternoon, I can choose to let my children continue to attend interest classes in kindergarten until the end of six o'clock. This time is just the time when we get off work, so that we can take it home conveniently. Because it is a private kindergarten, there is no requirement that after-school interest classes cannot be set up, nor that children must be taken home immediately after school.
Because I need to accommodate my parents' commuting time, especially when I can pick up my children after work, I chose to settle down. This is also the key reason why I choose private kindergarten.
According to my situation of taking care of children along the way, compared with my colleagues' children going to public kindergartens horizontally, I think private kindergartens have two better advantages:
First, private kindergarten teachers are younger and more popular with children. Through my understanding and consulting friends and colleagues, I found that teachers in public kindergartens are generally older, while teachers in private kindergartens are relatively young. Because my friend's brother is a teacher in a public kindergarten, he said that because public kindergarten requires open recruitment, so the supernumerary needs open recruitment, and the treatment is lower than that of teachers in private kindergartens. Therefore, it is difficult for many young teachers to be admitted to public kindergartens, and supernumerary teachers are unwilling to go. In the interaction between teachers and children, such as teaching, communication and playing games, private kindergartens are undoubtedly more dominant, and private young teachers are more popular and liked by children.
Second, private kindergartens can learn the content of early childhood education in advance, and primary schools are easier to start. Because there are regulations in public kindergartens, teachers can't teach theoretical knowledge and can't set up preschool classes. Public kindergartens are mainly for fun. My colleague's children are public school students. Because I haven't learned some knowledge such as pinyin and calligraphy, I went directly to the first grade of primary school. Then she reflected that it was difficult for children to keep up with their studies and felt physically and mentally exhausted. Sometimes I have to be a teacher, teaching children to read pinyin and punch cards, uploading parents or punching software. So she said she regretted sending it to a public kindergarten. What she often says is: The "evil" I planted at the beginning is now reported to the world. After the second child is killed, it will not be given away. My family, like other private kindergarten students, did not have this problem at the beginning of primary school. Perhaps this is an example, but it is undeniable that children who have learned effective cohesion knowledge and those who have not, the starting situation in primary school is definitely different, and the starting situation after learning will be easier.
Finally, talk about the little problem you are worried about. At present, both public and private classes are controlled at a certain number, which is convenient for two teachers to manage the class (generally, two teachers are arranged). As for public fees, they are all unified in the whole city, and the whole will be cheaper; Private kindergartens are related to the environment and teaching philosophy, and their fees vary greatly. You can decide whether your pocket is drum or flat, don't force it. So I think in the kindergarten stage, convenience is the main thing ~ ~ The more convenient it is, the better ~ ~ ~
Summary: If parents also need to accommodate their commuting time when picking up their children, and children can have a relatively relaxed time with younger teachers in the initial stage of primary school, then I think it is a good choice to choose private kindergartens.
