I made an hourglass at home the other day. Let me tell you how to do it!
First find out two empty mineral water bottles, then cut off the upper part with scissors, block the cut place with white paper, and then stick it with transparent glue. So is that water bottle. Punch two holes in the bottle caps of two water bottles with an awl, then unscrew a bottle cap and fill it with sand of similar size. Both of them can pass through the holes. The last step is to connect the bottle caps with transparent glue, thus making an hourglass.
I finished the hourglass, and I didn't forget to decorate my work. I also cut some pictures with colored paper and pasted them on the hourglass, so that a beautiful and timed hourglass is completely completed.
My hourglass can time one minute. How's it going? Is this hourglass I made very good?
