Applicants who apply for a child care center must be approved by the Education Bureau before they can apply to the industrial and commercial department for registration of establishment, and their business premises should also be accepted by the public security fire department. If the applicant has its own canteen in the business premises, it should also be approved by the Health Bureau and obtain a food hygiene license. The applicant shall apply for a business license from the industrial and commercial department after handling the above-mentioned relevant approval documents or licenses.

Civil affairs registration

1, similar to the registration of kindergartens and training schools, apply to the education commission and the civil affairs department for running schools. At present, a few early education centers in China are registered in the civil affairs department;
