Article 2. Rights and obligations of the three parties

2. Party A shall respect Party C's personality and labor, and shall not discriminate against or mistreat Party C. If losses are caused to Party A due to Party C's responsibility, Party B shall be informed to coordinate the handling, and acts such as body search and seizure of identity cards shall not be taken without authorization, otherwise Party C has the right to sue Party A for illegal acts.

3. Party A shall give specific instructions and corresponding guidance to Party C who is employed for the first time, and take good care of cash and valuables at home to avoid disputes.

4. During the service period of Party C, Party A shall not hand over Party C to a third party for service.

5. If Party B needs to work, it has the right to transfer Party C's work, and Party C shall obey Party B's work transfer.

7. Party B shall take out commercial insurance and personal accident insurance for Party C.

9. During the service period, Party C shall respect Party A's living habits, obey Party A's guidance, and work conscientiously and responsibly. If Party A suffers losses due to Party C's fault, Party A shall inform Party B of the facts, and Party B shall coordinate according to the situation.

10. Party C shall ask for leave when going out and shall not stay overnight. In case of special circumstances, Party A and Party B shall be informed in advance.

Article 3. Signing, modification, rescission and termination of service contracts:

1. When the contents of this contract are changed, Party A shall go to Party B to handle the change formalities in time. When Party A's service address and contact telephone number change, it shall notify Party B in time.

2. When the contract expires, if Party A and Party C are willing to continue to cooperate, they shall go to Party B to renew a new round of service contract within 7 days from the date of expiration of the contract. If both parties or one party is unwilling to continue cooperation, Party A shall go to Party B for termination procedures.

3. Before the expiration of the contract term, if one party unilaterally requests to terminate the contract, it must notify the other party three days in advance, and the breaching party can pay a certain penalty when the contract is terminated.

4. If Party C leaves Party A's house, fails to return on time or has an accident, Party A shall notify Party B within 24 hours and report to the local police station.

5. During the execution of the contract, if there is any dispute among the three parties, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation.
