Feng Dequan, born in June, 1935, was born in Zhuji, Zhejiang. Director of Feng Dequan Institute of Children's Potential Development, visiting professor of National Family Planning Commission, special researcher of Institute of Mother Education of East China Jiaotong University, chief designer of "Zero Year Plan" of Wuhan University, and senior consultant of China Family Service Association. He has been engaged in children's education research for a long time, and has written nearly ten works, such as The Mystery of Child Prodigy, How to Cultivate Early Wise Children, and The Cradle of Genius. It has devoted a lot of efforts to design and complete the "Excellent Education Project and Implementation Plan for 0-6 Years Old" (referred to as "Early Education Plan") and constructed a brand-new and practical theoretical system of early education. In the past 30 years, the author has made speeches all over the country. As many as a thousand times, the audience was nearly a million times. Because of his outstanding achievements in early education theory and practice, he is known as "the father of contemporary early education in China".

Wang Donghua, 1963 was born in Wuhu, Anhui province in June. Editor-in-chief of Discover Mother Library, director and researcher of the Institute of Mother Education of East China Jiaotong University. His monograph "The New Scholar" (400,000 words) on contemporary college students' education is the first successful work in the public bidding of 93 excellent manuscripts in Shenzhen (China). His other educational monograph, Searching for Mothers (800,000 words), which was devoted to the enlightenment of human culture, had a wide impact on the society once it was published in 1999, and won the 14 China Book Award. Its editor-in-chief and books "This is How We Educate Children" and "Ultra-thin Learning" were selected by the All-China Women's Federation in 200 1 and "Parents' Reading Activities in the Century and Learning Family Reading Activities in 2003" respectively. Because of its outstanding achievements in the research and popularization of mother education, it was awarded the title of "Ambassador to the West" by the All-China Women's Federation in 2000, and was selected as "China Youth" in 20001year, which may affect the youth in China 100 in the 20th century.
