Looking back on my five-month attachment exercise, I feel that I have benefited a lot. Sanming Experimental Kindergarten has a spacious and tidy campus, ingenious greening, warm and harmonious layout, subtle influence and quiet embellishment, which makes people unconsciously infected and edified; Like a big family. Director Liu is a strict and kind mother. Teachers care about and support each other like brothers and sisters, while children are lively and civilized and grow up happily in various colorful educational activities. By working in such a warm and energetic kindergarten, I have broadened my horizons, broadened my knowledge and increased my experience. Here, I would like to thank the organization department of Sanming Education Working Committee and Meilie District Education Bureau for their trust and concern, which gave me such a rare opportunity to study and exercise. I would also like to thank the leaders and teachers of Sanming Experimental Kindergarten for their help and guidance, so that I can better complete the task of attachment exercise.
During my temporary training, I always remind myself that I must cherish the opportunity, study hard and live up to the expectations of the organization. I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the unit and consciously participate in various collective activities organized by the unit. Respect the leadership, unite with comrades, study with an open mind, observe attentively, always maintain a rigorous and practical work attitude and fighting spirit, consciously obey the arrangement, conscientiously complete every task, and regard everything as a good opportunity to exercise yourself. For example, cooperate with the administrative staff on duty to do a good job of measuring the temperature of children and parents who enter the park every day to prevent influenza A1N1; Write the headmaster's announcement; Formulate plans and systems for regulating education fees; Instruct young teachers after 1999 to give lectures; Complete weekly teaching and full-time inspection tasks.
A great deal of knowledge accumulation and ability improvement are mostly learned in the practice of following leaders and middle-level personnel to manage, inspect and solve problems. During the internship, kindergarten leaders and teachers patiently explained, puzzled, guided and helped me, which made me further understand the front-line work and activity flow of kindergarten. I observed the work of kindergarten from different angles such as teaching and management, participated in various activities, participated in practical exercises, and enriched my experience. For example, attend the kindergarten bedding bidding meeting to understand the bidding process; Participate in the maintenance project acceptance of early education parent-child activity center, and learn about the construction of early education parent-child activities and activity places; Go to class with the department head regularly to learn more about the off-duty inspection work; Participate in the activities of the preparation group and the teaching and research group to understand the development of teaching and research activities in kindergartens; Participate in the "kindergarten-based teaching and research" topic conclusion meeting to understand the procedures of topic conclusion and so on. Through these five months of attachment training, I have the following experience:

I feel that if this continues, I will live up to my parents' expectations, miss my children, and my conscience will be condemned. But what can you do if you don't do it? And I have tried to invest in some other industries in recent years, and I have failed one after another. I decided to close the kindergarten after the 20th anniversary celebration of our garden.
At this critical moment, the company manager Gan Guohua came to our kindergarten. I wasn't in kindergarten at that time, and I didn't know until my wife told me. When I saw that it was an invitation to attend the director training camp, my eyes lit up and I thought that I must attend such a good learning opportunity. I remember it was a special day. Entering the Golden Flower Hotel in Huangshi, we saw the company's teachers warmly greeting us at the sign-in desk, kindly asking us to sign in and sincerely leading us to the venue. At that time, I thought to myself, the employee's service is so warm and thoughtful, and the boss must be an excellent person. Later, after listening to what our general manager Zhou told us about the various problems that our private kindergartens are facing at present, it is no exaggeration to say that the image of general manager Zhou in my heart immediately rose a lot. A whole day's study is the most earnest and devoted time I have listened to in forty years. Because I didn't have much money with me at that time, I lost the opportunity to sign the intention contract directly at the scene. When I left the meeting, I specially asked General Manager Zhou for my business card and wanted to contact him when I got home.
A few days later, Manager Gan came to my garden again to understand my intention and stressed that if I joined the company, I could fully enjoy all the preferential conditions on the spot. I agreed at that time and immediately paid a deposit of 5,000 yuan to confirm our cooperation intention. Because of the problem of funds, and because we are preparing for the 20 th anniversary of the opening of the park, we officially signed a contract with the company on May 30.
After joining the company, under the guidance of all the teachers in the company, our park has made a series of work adjustments, from introducing company-specific courses to standardizing teachers' behavior habits and improving teachers' teaching level. In the past year, through the guidance and help of all the teachers in the company, all the work in our park has made great progress and made great breakthroughs. Such as parent-child games, exhibitions outside the park, parents' open days, organizing children's outdoor spring outing, organizing teacher training, home visits, June 1 activities planning, enrollment planning and so on. The achievement of these achievements depends on the hard work of teachers and the help and guidance of teachers in the company.
Compared with before joining the company, the team in our kindergarten has changed a lot. Cohesion has been greatly enhanced, teaching ability has been improved, and the sense of responsibility has become stronger. Teachers' learning motivation is also sufficient. Even I have made a lot of progress myself. First of all, my temper is better than before. Zhou, the general manager, said that if a person loses his temper when dealing with problems, it is a sign of incompetence. I always remember this, so now when I encounter problems, I always try to solve them. When I don't know how to deal with them, I call manager Gan, manager Zhou, teacher Song, teacher Zhou, teacher Weng and teacher Wang. In short, I will ask the teachers what the problem is. Secondly, our management ability has also improved a lot. We didn't care before, because we didn't know how. After joining the company, whether it is teacher training or director training organized by the company, I never miss every opportunity to learn. Through training, I can apply what I have learned to the management of our park, and I can handle problems easily.
In addition, my language expression ability has also been enhanced. In the past, every time I held a parent-teacher meeting and held a June 1 activity, I took a speech and went to the stage to communicate with my parents. Now I have made a great breakthrough in this respect. On May 25th this year, when I held a performance to celebrate June 1st in my garden, I went on stage empty-handed and finished it completely. When I stepped down, I was really happy, not because of my parents' applause, but because I finally had an action beyond myself and proved my ability. As long as I study and work hard, I am also excellent.
Now I am full of confidence in my work, because in my heart, I am no longer fighting alone, and the company is my strong backing.
After joining the company, because the division of labor is clear and the responsibilities are assigned to people, all the work in our park will be carried out in an orderly manner, and everyone's responsibilities are clear and the work will be much easier. I also signed the lease contract for 10 in May this year, and I am going to expand my investment and build a standardized high-quality private kindergarten in our town. Now that the new garden is being renovated, it is expected that there will be no problem in moving in before the opening of the garden next semester.
