5. Fire protection opinions;

Four. Acceptance and review

The competent education department shall set up a committee to conduct on-the-spot inquiry, evaluation and review on the running conditions and facilities of the applicant institution.

The examination and approval committee of the competent education department shall make a decision on whether to approve or not within 20 days from the date when the committee conducts on-the-spot examination of the applicant institution.
