Exercise:
1. Cut the dark chocolate and butter into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Heat in insulating water and stir constantly until they melt into liquid.
2. Pour all the eggs, brown sugar, sunflower oil and salt into the container, and stir evenly with an egg beater.
3. Pour in melted chocolate and butter, and stir into a uniform paste.
4. Pour in 1/3 milk and 1/3 sieved mixed powder and mix well.
5. Pour in 1/3 milk and 1/3 flour, and repeat this process until all the milk and flour are added and stirred into a smooth batter.
6. Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze out the round batter on the baking tray with a large round hole piping opening. Leave enough distance between each batter.
7. Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake in the middle layer for about 10 minutes, take out the baked chocolate cake and cool it.
8. After the cream cheese softens at room temperature, add condensed milk and stir well to achieve the appropriate consistency and sweetness you like.
