For tobacco sales license, the state does not require the distance between shops to be several meters.

The provisions for handling tobacco licenses are:

1. Submit a written license application and fill in the application form for tobacco monopoly retail license;

3. (1) the new tobacco monopoly license application form;

Identity certificates of individual industrial and commercial households, legal representatives or responsible persons of enterprises;

(3) the house ownership certificate or house lease agreement;

(four) other materials required by the examination and approval authority.
