Is it necessary for the kindergarten head teacher to hire a nurse?
There are three teachers in a kindergarten class, mainly because the children in kindergarten are too young and have poor self-care ability. A teacher must be too busy. Two teachers can help with work, but in daily life, one teacher is needed. Teachers in the main class are mainly responsible for teaching and activities, teachers in the auxiliary class are mainly responsible for cooperation, and nurses are mainly responsible for children's life, diet and rest, so their division of labor is very clear.

In kindergarten, to be precise, each class is actually two teachers. The two teachers are divided into the main class teacher and the deputy class teacher according to the different shift time, and there is also a nurse. The reason why three teachers are arranged is because the working environment needs it. Generally speaking, the teachers in the main class are better than those in the auxiliary class, because the task of the teachers in the main class is not only to teach, but also to communicate with parents, which requires strong communication skills to avoid and reduce contradictions. In addition, the head teacher also needs to organize class activities, and the assistant head teacher is responsible for cooperation. In other words, the assistant class teacher needs to pay more attention to some details when presiding over the teacher's work.

The work content of the main course teacher and the auxiliary course teacher is almost the same. Although it is divided into main and cooperation, in the actual process, it is generally not divided into special details, and classes need to be managed. Sometimes the teachers in the main class will also assist the teachers in the auxiliary class in game teaching.

Finally, the nurse, whose job is to take care of the child's diet, including rest. For example, responsible for some disinfection work, pay attention to the increase or decrease of children's clothes, help children go to the toilet, eat and so on. Of course, if the nurse is too busy, the head teacher and the assistant head teacher need help. Nurses should not only take care of children's daily life, but also cooperate with the teaching work of the head teacher and the assistant head teacher when necessary. Therefore, if these three teachers can help, do their own jobs and have a clear division of labor, they will not be particularly tired at the end of the day.
