Police car (police? According to the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, these Provisions are formulated. Article 2 The term "police car" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to motor vehicles used by public security organs, state security organs, judicial administrative organs, prisons and community correction departments, and people's courts and people's procuratorates in performing emergency official duties. Article 24 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. 1995 The Regulations on the Administration of Police Cars (Order No.27 of the Ministry of Public Security) issued by the Ministry of Public Security on June 29th shall be abolished at the same time. If other provisions previously issued by the Ministry of Public Security are inconsistent with these Provisions, these Provisions shall prevail.
