The so-called jumping thinking refers to instinctive reaction, which is untrained primitive thinking. And training the five forces of thinking is to break this inherent thinking.

The five forces of thinking refer to fluency, coordination, originality, diligence and sensitivity.

So, how to train the five forces of thinking?

First, fluency

Fluency is thinking in the same category. Take the word "high heels" tested above as an example to think about the relationship between high heels and shoes. The relationship between high heels and shoes is "heel". In this way, the words related to heels can be grouped according to the heels, such as middle heels, low heels, flat heels, round heels, stilettos and so on.

A series of words that follow and follow the group belong to the total score relationship, which is also called upward induction or downward dispersion.
