How to make ice cream?
Another beautiful day. Hello, everyone. I am a "life juicer". I hope you can see the wonderful content I brought you today. I hope everyone can praise and comment! Every comment and praise will bring good luck!

There are many kinds of ice cream. In our impression, ice cream often needs an ice cream machine to make it, but some ice creams can be fried in a large pot or steel plate. This kind of ice cream is very popular in Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and the Philippines. Pour the sweet milk on the extremely cold steel plate, and then stir the gradually frozen sweet milk with a metal scraper. Once the milk starts to freeze, you can scrape out layers of ice cream rolls with a scraper. Then put it in a cup and add fresh milk, fruit and other items to make a special ice cream.

It may not be easy to eat the original ice cream, but you can DIY a similar ice cream through some simple methods. First, we need to prepare 3 tablespoons whole milk, 1 tablespoon milk, sugar, a pinch of salt, a metal pot and a scraper.

Step 1: Make basic materials.

Mix whole milk with concentrated milk, sugar and salt, pour into a metal pot and stir.

Put the pot on the stove to heat it. Stir while heating to melt the sugar. When the mixture boils, stop heating and wait for the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Mash the seasoning.

After the bottom of the ice cream cools, it's time to add seasoning. The seasoning can be chocolate sauce, fruit and the like, or you can use mashed biscuits. Put the seasoning into the ice cream base and stir.

Step 3: Freeze for 4 hours.

After the seasoning and the bottom material are mixed, put the metal pot in the refrigerator and freeze for 4 hours.

Step 4: Freeze the scraper and bowl.

This step is very important, because if you put the ice cream in a bowl at room temperature or scrape it with a scraper at room temperature, the ice cream will melt quickly.

Step 5: Make it bigger.

Take the frozen metal pan out of the refrigerator and scrape the ice cream out of the pan with a scraper. Remember to start work quickly, or even the frozen scraper will soon return to normal temperature.

After scraping the ice cream into a roll, put it in a freezing bowl and begin to enjoy it.
