The boot screen of my little pudding morning education machine is all on and can't be turned off. Plug the data cable into the computer and there is no response. The computer can't recognize the hardware. What's the problem?
Open the back cover with the screwdriver that comes with the pudding (the whole back cover is not a battery compartment). You can see the circuit board on the back of the pudding. There is a white thing (with two black and red lines on it) on the left hand side of the circuit board. Unplug this black thing (it is said to be a plug). Note: not all of them are unplugged, but the upper part is actually like a slot. When unplugged, the power supply will be cut off and the light will not light up. At this point, it will be done by reconnecting it. If you try to turn off the plane again, there should be no problem. Mine is like this. Pudding is probably dead, just like our mobile phones. Just unplug the panel. I hope it helps you.
