Time flies, I have been struggling in the preschool education industry for five years before I know it. Looking back on my own experience, my understanding of teachers' morality has gone from shallow to deep, from one-sided to comprehensive.

After all kinds of study, I can say that I have improved my understanding of teachers' morality. More importantly, in theory, I have specific contents and clear goals for my love and efforts, and I have a new understanding of my preschool education work.

Have the courage to dissect yourself, dissect yourself, face yourself squarely, carefully find out your shortcomings and deficiencies, and constantly improve your quality and self-cultivation. Never arrive late for work and leave early, adhere to 100% attendance rate, attend all meetings organized by the director on time, seriously understand the spirit of the meeting, and humbly ask and learn from experienced teachers. The foundation of cultivating cross-generational high-quality talents is to start with good preschool education. The words and deeds of preschool teachers and the quality of education will directly affect the improvement of learning quality and comprehensive quality and ability of primary schools, middle schools and universities in the future. People describe the education industry as "a garden", which is very appropriate, especially for early childhood education, and more importantly, engaging in enlightenment education. In this way, what kind of teachers train what kind of students, and the key to educating people lies in teachers' morality.

Second, education and teaching: I graduated from Zhanjiang Kindergarten Normal School in 2xx, and after three years of normal life, I have honed my solid basic skills. After joining the job, I became a real preschool teacher, combining theory with practice, accumulating and summarizing teaching experience in teaching, communicating with colleagues and exploring new methods and schemes; In life, I mingle with the children and become their good friends. In teaching, I am satisfied with my work performance, but in any case, I need to work hard to be a real person. As an inexperienced teacher, I often consult other teachers, observe their teaching activities, apply what I have learned and learn from each other.

In order to do a good job in teaching, I carefully make a teaching plan, give lectures to every teacher, and design teaching activities according to children's characteristics. In teaching methods, we should constantly reflect and summarize and practice hard. Every time I give a lecture, the comments and encouragement from the director and teachers have become my desire and success for future classes. Engaged in preschool education, I love preschool education very much, love my job, love every child, make my children like me with love and patience, and be willing to make friends with me.
