Lifting ring reinforcement shall be prefabricated members. Lifting rings shall be made of hpb300 steel bars, and cold-worked steel bars are strictly prohibited. The depth of the embedded part of the ring should not be less than 30 days, and it should be bound or welded with steel frame.

Pay attention when using steel rings.

The installation position of the steel ring should be located in the center of the component, and the appropriate hoisting method should be selected according to the weight and size of the hoisting object to ensure the safety and reliability of hoisting.

2. During hoisting, attention should be paid to the displacement and stress, to ensure that the hoisted object is stable and free from shaking, and at the same time, pay attention to check whether there are cracks and deformations in the rings.

3. When hoisting special components, auxiliary devices such as gaskets should be installed on the steel ring according to the actual situation to ensure that the components are not damaged during hoisting.
