I am honored to be a people's teacher. Shoulder the heavy responsibility of teaching and educating people, always walking on thin ice with trepidation. Because of the pressure of students' further education and student management, I often worry that I am not doing well.
I remember that when I first joined the company, I lacked teaching experience and it was easy to stick to my own opinions. Students have just entered the first year of high school, which is also adolescence, and they are very dissatisfied with my communication style.
I also try my best to suppress the students' resistance with the majesty of the teacher, so the relationship between teachers and students is very tense, and my classroom is often filled with smoke and war. Sometimes I can't continue my class, so I have to ask for help, class teacher.
Looking back now, I am really grateful to my first class teacher and grade leader. My immaturity brought them a lot of trouble, but they still gave me a chance to exercise. Thanks to their tolerance and support, I successfully completed the 1 round of teaching from Grade One to Grade Three, and worked hard towards continuous growth.
During my teaching career, many people gave me help and support. They have all become my mentors and friends, and some even become friends who are closer than their relatives.
In order to live up to everyone's help, improve myself and manage students better, I began to look for learning opportunities and contacted many excellent platforms.
Under the guidance of the platform, I made many attempts.
For example, take students to read Disciple's Rules, Disciple's Rules and Training of Sages, with the first filial piety and the second honesty. "I try my best to bring the wisdom of ancient sages to students and nourish them with the spirit of filial piety, loyalty, courtesy, righteousness and shame in Disciples' Rules.
I also take them to read energy reading aloud to make the world beautiful because of me. "I am responsible for my own life. I want to be the most beautiful seed in the world and make the world beautiful because of me. " I hope that through energy reading, I can convey the positive and optimistic spirit to students and let them learn to be responsible for their own lives.
Due to personal limitations, these attempts have not achieved obvious results, and students' grades have not been significantly improved. But I think these attempts have enriched my life experience, enhanced the pride of teachers, and sowed the seeds of positive energy among students.
People often say: "As a teacher, if you want to give students a bowl of water, you have to have a bucket of water. Only in this way can teachers do their teaching with ease. "Therefore, teachers must establish the concept of lifelong learning, constantly update the teaching content, and constantly improve their knowledge level and thinking ability.
Under the guidance of this concept, I have read Chinese classics for nearly 7 years and have been studying on various online platforms. Later, I came into contact with the platform of Writing 365, and began to learn writing under the guidance of many role models.

The founder of the platform said that sometimes our relationship as teachers and students seems to be a teacher-student relationship, but in fact we are also noble people. Only when we achieve each other can we have mutually satisfactory results.
Therefore, teachers must strive to improve their own strength. Only when you are really tall can others see you. Only if you are really excellent will others respect you. As long as you can provide very good value, others will often think of you.
On the road of teaching and educating people, I want to be a lifelong learning practitioner, never too old to learn, so that my teaching career has no regrets and my future destiny is in my own hands. Let yourself live a wonderful and fulfilling life.
As a teacher, I have met too many excellent children and stubborn children, and also met too many parents of all kinds, so I made up my mind not only to be a good teacher, but also to be a good mother. We should train our own children so that they can become useful talents for the country and society in the future.
So I have carried out various early education since the birth of the child. But because I don't know the educational methods, I don't have the correct educational concept, I don't have a strong heart, and I am particularly anxious. So I took many detours and made many mistakes in children's education.
I used to be eager for quick success and instant benefit, yelling at my child, and even wanted to give up and let him go with the flow.
But my mother's responsibility keeps me going, insisting on learning parenting knowledge, insisting on parent-child reading, learning emotional management, striving to improve myself, and hoping to be a role model for children.
Through learning, I understand that all my efforts for my child are to hope that he can have excellent grades and pursue Excellence in knowledge. The method is simple and rude, but I ignore the communication between them, his emotional needs and that he is also a unique individual.
Through learning, I understand that parents are the root of all children's problems, and love and freedom are the only answers. The real education is self-cultivation. Children's education should be family first, character second, knowledge third, in turn, no one can be less.
Affection will always be a warm harbor for children, and unconditional acceptance and support from parents will always be the driving force for children to move forward. Positive appreciation from parents will enhance children's positive sense of value and self-confidence.
Although I have been committed to educating children, so far, the effect is very little, but through learning, I have seen my own shortcomings, and I will correct my own shortcomings in time. I will not give up, nor can I give up. I will learn the correct ideas and practices in groping and really grow up with my children.
