I. Objectives and scope
Through the implementation of the "special post plan", we will guide and encourage ordinary college graduates to teach in rural schools below provincial poverty alleviation and development key counties (***59 counties), national poverty alleviation and development key counties, the original "two basics" counties, earthquake-stricken counties, border counties with special difficulties, ethnic autonomous counties and ethnic minority counties, and contiguous poverty alleviation and development key counties, and further solve the problems of insufficient teachers and unreasonable structure in rural schools.
In 20 17, our province will implement the "special post plan" in the following 59 counties (cities, districts). Specifically: Yuzhong County, Yongdeng County, Gaolan County, Huining County, Jingyuan County, Jingtai County, Baiyin District, Pingchuan District, Maiji District, Gangu County, Qin 'an County, Qingshui County, Wushan County, Zhangjiachuan County, anding district County, Tongwei County, Longxi County, Weiyuan County, Lintao County, Zhang Xi 'an County and Min County. Heshui, Huachi, Huanxian, Qingcheng, Linxia, Jishishan, Le Kang, Hezheng, dongxiang county, Guanghe, Linxia, Yongjing, Gulang, Lintan, Zhuoni, Zhouqu, Diebu, Xiahe, Luqu, Maqu and Hezuo.
The province plans to recruit 4,650 "special post plan" teachers (including 95 rural masters signed in 2065, 438+06) for a period of three years. Counties (cities, districts) to recruit the number of plans and posts issued by the Provincial Department of Education shall prevail.
