In 2020, public schools in Nan 'an will openly recruit new teachers, and implement the phased measures of "taking posts first, and then researching". Obtaining a teacher qualification certificate is not a restrictive condition for qualification examination and employment.

College graduates who participated in the open recruitment of primary and secondary school teachers were hired. When the school signs the employment contract with the fresh college graduates, the probation period is 1 year as stipulated. If the fresh college graduates fail to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification during the probation period, the employment contract shall be terminated according to law.
