1. The mobile phone/tablet is turned on and needs to be connected to the Internet.

2. Activate the remote control function of the device: settings-screen locking and security (privacy and security)-find my mobile phone-enter Samsung account number and password-remote control-slide away (some machines: settings-security-remote control).

3. Log in to find my mobile website through a computer or other mobile phone-enter a Samsung account and password-after logging in, when the "Network" and "Remote Control" on the right recognize the current status (the icon is blue), you can use the "Find My Mobile" network service to remotely track and control your device.

The "Find My Phone" service can realize the following functions: find my device, dial my device, emergency mode, super power saving mode, lock my screen, erase data on my device, restart the lock, import device information, unlock my device, and set up services (note: different phones may have different functions).

Tip:

1. If the mobile phone is not connected to the internet or the remote control function is not turned on, or the other party resets the mobile phone, this function cannot be realized.
