Game props

Prepare 4 volleyball or basketball. Draw a circle on the field (the size depends on the number of people), and draw a square at the center of the circle.

Competition method

Participants are divided into four equal teams, facing the center of the circle, in a column according to their height, and the captain of each team takes a volleyball. All players take a step to the left with their left feet, and the first person gets the ball ready. Hearing the referee's whistle, the platoon leader quickly rolled the ball from his crotch to the end of the platoon. After receiving the ball, the platoon leader immediately ran counterclockwise.

rules of a contest/competition

When running, you must run along the outside of the circle, and you must not enter the circle or cross the team. When you run ahead of others, you must run past the other first and second teams, that is, run to the head of your group from outside the circle and roll the ball quickly from your crotch. If the ball rolls out of the team, it must be picked up by the person at the end of the row and rolled again … and so on. The last person put the ball in the middle square. The team that finishes first and puts the ball first wins.
