Lawyer's analysis
If the early education class does not refund the fee, consumers can complain in the following ways:
1. Complain and report to the consumers' association and request mediation.
2. Complain to the relevant local administrative departments, and strive for the first time to apply for the intervention of relevant departments.
3. If mediation fails, you can bring a lawsuit directly to the court and ask the merchant to refund the prepaid or remaining money. When a merchant applies for bankruptcy, consumers can declare their creditor's rights to the court and participate in the distribution according to the legal liquidation order.
